Full Session Services

(i.e., Couples, Engagement, Family, or Senior)

Single Sessions cover 1 – 1.5hrs of photography – either with full mobile studio (including lighting, flashes, backdrops, and reflectors) or at an outdoor location. The fee is a flat rate which covers:

  • Travel
  • Initial meeting and discussion
  • location research, scouting, and suggestions
  • Photography
  • Editing
  • Printing rights
  • Delivery of full resolution digital and print-ready files
  • Online proofing and downloading

What I can I expect as a Client for a single session?

  • Expect at least 40-50 final full color corrected images per single session available in digital or print-ready files.
  • Initial proofs generally available within 72 hours and final image turnaround generally less than three weeks.

  • Couples Sessions – $350.00
  • Engagement Sessions – $350.00
  • Senior Graduation Portraits – $3500.00

Mini-Session Services

(i.e., Couples, Engagement, Family, or Senior)

Mini-Session covers 15-20 min of photography at an indoor or outdoor location with camera and flash only. The fee for a Mini-Session is a flat rate which covers:

  • Travel
  • Initial meeting and discussion
  • location research, scouting, and suggestions
  • Photography
  • Editing
  • Printing rights
  • Delivery of full resolution digital and print-ready files
  • Online proofing and downloading

What I can I expect as a Client for a single session?

  • Expect 7-8 final full color corrected images per mini-session available in digital or print-ready files.
  • Initial proofs generally available within 72 hours and final image turnaround generally less than three weeks.

Single Sessions Pricing:

  • Family Sessions – $150.00
  • Couples Sessions – $150.00
  • Engagement Sessions – $150.00
  • Senior Graduation Portraits – $150.00

Unless previously agreed upon, all  mini-sessions will not last more than 30 minutes.

Capturing candid intimate moments is what I do best. I’m a customer-centric photographer who specializes in Weddings and Engagements. My editorial magazine paparazzi style and gift of storytelling showcase an artistic and fluid timeline highlighting the best moments with superb images. My photography is an all-inclusive service – the planning, the photography, the post-production, and the delivery of print and digital images though a secure online portal with full rights – it’s all one price. My customer service is as important to me as my photography is. I believe my job is to not only take pictures, but also to enhance the experience or event as best I can.

Lou3 Photography full Wedding day coverage including:

  • Travel
  • All correspondence and necessary meetings
  • Full event coverage including candid, posed, group, and creative capture
  • Delivery of final images include full printing rights and high resolution digital and print-ready files.
  • Initial proofs available within 5 calendar days and final image turnaround is generally less than three weeks.
  • Online proofs
  • Expect at least up to 300 color corrected images per 4-hour event.

Event Pricing:

  • Per hour $250.00/hr (ala cart)

Unless previously agreed upon, all single sessions lasting over 15 minutes past the scheduled time will be charged an additional $75.00 per half hour.

Corporate Business Photography

  • All correspondence and necessary meetings
  • Full event coverage including candid, posed, group, and creative capture
  • Headshots are available
  • Delivery of final images include full printing rights and high resolution digital and print-ready files
  • Initial proofs available within 5 calendar days and final image turnaround is generally less than three weeks
  • Online proofs
  • Expect at least up to 200 color corrected images per 4-hour event
  • Contact for additional package options

Event Pricing:

  • Per hour $275.00/hr (ala cart)
  • 4 hours – $950.00
  • 8 hours – $1700.00

Unless previously agreed upon, all single sessions lasting over 15 minutes past the scheduled time will be charged $75.00 per half hour.

Please note: all sessions require a 20% deposit to be considered “booked”, unless agreed upon otherwise, and deposit will be forfeit in the case of last-minute or no-show cancellations.

All proof images will be watermarked and set to a digital resolution. Once client approves images and submits full payment, the digital images will be released to the client with full permissions, without watermarks in both, digital web-ready and print-ready formats. Client photos will remain accessible for 45 days and then will be removed from server for download. Lou3 Photography will retain original image negatives for up to five years.

All appointments, unless otherwise indicated and agreed upon, require a minimum deposit to be submitted or appointment will not be booked. Appointment no shows and less than 48 hours’ notice of appointment cancellation can, and most likely will, result in loss of deposit. Lou3 Photography uses Venmo as its online payment gateway and a 3% additional charge will be added to clients using major credit cards. Deposits can be made via cash, Venmo, or credit cards through Venmo (sorry, no checks!). Lou3 Photography does not store any payment data or client personal information online, nor is it responsible for any errors with Venmo.

By agreeing to work with Lou3 Photography in shape, manner, or form, it will be herein considered you have read and understand the agreements on this site, and as they pertain to individuals’ contracts as clients of Lou3 Photography.
